Generally the weather in Germany is very similar to weather in Poland. You won't see much difference in the climate if you decide to study there.
Travelling to Germany
As Germany is placed in the middle of Europe, it is not very difficult to find satisfying mean of transport. The quickest way is by plane, naturally, delivered by various carriers such as:

LOT Polish Airlines - flights to most of the main airports.
SwissAir - flights to most of the main airports.
Lufthansa - flights may be a bit expensive at times.
GermanWings - obviously the German airlines.
Germany has got about 20 international airports.
